Be kind to yourself, the fault isn't always your own. There comes an inevitable point after being in a deficit for an extended period of time that the intake necessary to continue losing weight is at the cost of your health and livelihood. You do not need to be lean to reach this point, you may not have yet lost the weight you had hoped to. At such a point, you have no alternative, you need to start increasing your calories. In this podcast I talk with Jade about her struggles comprehending the need to increase her calories despite not yet looking the way she desired.
