After many years of living in the higher realms of awareness, Ashley shares what it has felt like to come back down into the body and into the earth. While sitting on the beach meditating and knitting, Ashley heard that this is what you need to hear today -- and so, the episode was made. FEBRUARY Akashic Guidance: Embodied Sovereignty
