Under his leadership, the firm has built a pipeline of nearly 2,000 units, with an estimated exit valuation of $1 billion, ranking it among the top 10 BTR developers in the U.S. With over 20 years of real estate experience, including leadership roles in Single-Family Rentals (SFR), Wolfson is a prominent figure in the industry. He holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from the University of Michigan, and he resides in Miami with his two sons.
