You have to sincerely care about the people in your sphere including yourself. All of us, myself included, can be extremely hard on ourselves. A Lot of the time for no valid reason at all, and ultimately we need to learn to forgive ourselves for those mistakes and understand we didn't have the knowledge to know better.
