How can you plan to keep the weight off?
- Know that you are not alone.
- Move more and eat less.
- Don’t give up your normal fitness routines because of holiday distractions.
- Park farther away from shops to get a little exercise.
- Enjoy your favorite foods but don’t overdo it.
- Don’t stand near a food buffet.
- Use a smaller plate and get rid of it when you finish your serving.
