On today's episode we chat about a couple of things we have seen on social media recently that have caused us to have some 'thoughts'. Both were concerning diet culture messages directed at or out of the mouths of preschool aged kids.
Missing both an understanding of developmental stages and capacity for kids to understand nuanced and abstract nutrition concepts, and of the harms of diet culture messages is a recipe for harm, confusion and disordered eating.
