As we conclude our series "Ready for Our Hope", Pastor Tony encourages us with a message on the temporary nature of this life. God is calling us to be a good steward, to be lovers of truth, to remain focused and diligent, and to never lose our hope!

We are in the midst of God's story! And, that story isn't over. It is still being told. One day there will be a new Heaven and a new Earth and we will be with Jesus. This is a hope that we can hold on to and will influence how we live our lives right now. Join us as we continue in our series "Ready for Our Hope".

Continuing in our series " Ready for Our Hope", Pastor Drew gives us some encouragement as believers on how to navigate thoughts and ideas surrounding The Last Days.

God is prefect. And because He is so set apart we can trust in His perfect timing. This week, Pastor Drew encourages us to keep pressing in in the place of prayer. To trust God's perfect justice and perfect timing.

Jesus is alive! Because of Jesus' finished work on the cross and His resurrection from the dead we have life and have it abundantly. He is our Living Hope! Not just some historical figure or just a good guy, but our Living Hope.

Jesus the hope of glory! He is the one in whom all of our hope and trust are in. This week as we celebrate Palm Sunday, we look to Jesus as our only hope.

As we conclude our series, Pastor Drew challenges us to be intentional with the Red Seas moments in our lives. We can actually allow life-altering moments to become lifestyle-altering moments if we allow God to accomplish what He desires. It can be just a great moment in our history or it can be one that helps shape and build or lives.

There are certain times, season, and events in life that God has been equipping us for. He equips us with authority, protection, and our testimony so that when we need to step out in faith we do it with boldness. As a church, God been equipping and readying us for this current trial. We're ready!

This morning our guest Pastor Jana Sawchuck will encourage us with an incredible message about God's heart, not only for salvation of people but complete healing and wholeness. Pastor Jana planted Burning Hearts church 4 years ago in Fargo, ND. They have witnessed and have been apart of a great moving of God's spirit in their midst.

Anytime we take a step of faith or risk for God there will be opposition. In Exodus, we see the God freeing the Israelites from Egypt only to be trapped between a vast army and the Red Sea. They obeyed God and now they are stuck in what seems like certain death. Would they turn back or trust God?

There comes a point in every believers life when we face an impossible situation. In that moment, obedience is the key to breakthrough. God may ask us to do something outside of our comfort zone or outside the realm of what's normal to us, but it is in those moments it is obedience to God that will make all the difference. Join us as we continue on in the Exodus story in our series "Ready for Only God".

This week, Pastor Drew kicks off a new series entitled "Ready for Only God". Over the next weeks we will explore the events in Exodus of the Israelite's exodus from Egypt and the Red Sea crossing. We believe we will be challenged to be bold for God and embrace the callings that He has placed on our lives. God has called us to step out and take great risks Him even if there are obstacles.

Wrapping up our series "Ready to Answer", Pastor Tony helps us explore possible explanations for the big question of evil. Did God create evil? Is everything that happens in this life God's doing? Join us this morning as we unpack this issue!

This week we explore the question, "Is faith compatible with science?". Are faith and science at odds? Does science rid our need for God? Or does the universe point to a divine Creator?

Continuing in our series "Ready to Answer", Pastor Drew tackles the question, "What's so wrong with relativism?". In an age where it seems like absolute truth is a thing of the past and all you need to do is follow your heart and do what feels good it can be confusing to know what God intends for us.

This week we kick off our new series, "Ready to Answer". Over the next few weeks we will be looking to answer to some of life's tough questions. The heart is not equip the church with the ability to argue or debate but to simply arm us with truth, so that when people ask these tough questions we'll be ready with an answer. This we we start with the question: Is God's Word reliable?

In our day, we are in inundated with with constant noise and distraction. We are bombarded with more information than we are able to retain. Many things we can find out with the click of a mouse or the swipe of a finger. More now than ever, we need to hear the Holy Spirit. Knowledge is good, but we need a fresh impartation and revelation from God. We need to seek His face for today.

We desire, as does God, to be a praying church. A church who seeks the will of God. A church who seeks Hos face above all else. This week, Pastor Drew challenges the church with a message on being a praying church.

Jesus has the power to save anyone anywhere and at anytime. His power and ability to change a life is one thing that has not changed. He is still moving today, and through the work of Holy Spirit people are being healed, set free, and transformed. Join us for the final message in the series "Ready for Messiah".

Isaiah 9:6-9 speaks of the coming Messiah as one who will be Wonderful Counselor and the Prince of Peace. The government will rest on His shoulders. Meaning that the weight of all the worlds systems will rest on Him. But, His shoulders are string enough and broad enough to carry the weight. Join us as Pastor Drew continues in our series "Ready for Messiah".

Isaiah 7:14 prophesies that that the messiah would be born of a virgin. This was all part of God's redemptive plan for humanity. This messiah would be fully God and fully man in order to conquer sin and make way for God's promise. A promise of transformation, peace, strength, God sized dreams, and power through the Holy Spirit. Today we look at Luke 1 at Mary's holy visitation and how God's promise for her unfolds.

God is carrying out a redemptive story and we are still in the midst of it. Jesus came to this world as Messiah. Messiah simply means rescuer or deliverer. He come once and He's coming back again! The Christmas story tells the story of Christ’s first coming. It serves as a humble reminder of the mystery and beauty of His first coming, which in turn will prepare us his second coming.

We give what God gave. We are a generous people because He was first generous with us. Often times an attitude of poverty creeps into our lives that says we must fend for ourselves or that we are entitled to something. Pastor Drew concludes our series with this powerful word challenging us to have a heart of generosity.

As we continue in our series "Culture Defined", Pastor Tony will share about our core value "We are Family". The moment we give our lives to Jesus we receive the beautiful gift of being a part of the family of God. While it's made up of imperfect people, there is incredible strength, encouragement, and accountability when we commit ourselves to His family.

No one wants a counterfeit. No one wants a fake or a just a cheap replica. In fact, in our culture we pride ourselves on finding the real thing. Something genuine, authentic, and true is what we all desire. So why would settle for anything less than an authentic expression of The Gospel? Today, Pastor Drew takes us on a journey through what in means to be the real thing in all we do.

A life where we have moments of intimacy with God but after a time it seems to wain and we fall back into our struggles. God is actually offering us a way off the roller-coaster and into a life on consistency and steadfastness. Where despite the difficulties of life, we experience a life of joy, peace, and thanksgiving.

Continuing in the book of Colossians 3,we see that God is calling us to put on love. And, God desires His love to infiltrate every part of our lives. This is not a part-time gospel. His love should impact our family, marriage, our job, and our neighbors. It is a full-time gospel that demands our complete surrender.

Guest Speaker Steve Pavek and his wife Erin are Chi Alpha Missionaries to University of Alaska Anchorage. They have planted and pioneered a Chi Alpha movement in Alaska that has changed the social fabric of the state. This week Steve shares his heart on risking it all for Jesus.

God has never lost sight of who He's made you to be! Our identity is firmly rooted in Him. Often times, however, we take our eyes off of Jesus and put them onto ourselves or our situation. We then allow life to define who we are instead of Jesus. In Colossians 3, Paul encourages us to throw of the old you and put on the new.

God has destined us all for something far greater than we could ever imagine. One of the things that often keeps us from stepping into what God has is the fear of man. In Colossians 2, Paul reminds us that it is Jesus who in the ends judges us all, so we should live the with fear of God governing our hearts.

Anything of value costs us something following Jesus will surely costs us something. He offers His free gift of grace and we receive it and are empowered by it. But, we are called to lay down our lives and step out in obedience which will definitely cost us something in this life.

It is difficult to follow someone you do not know. And, for many of us we struggle to follow Jesus. There are many deficient views of Jesus circulating in our culture and if we are not careful we can start to believe Jesus is someone who He is not. So who is Jesus?

This week we begin a new series entitled "Ready in Christ". Over the next 9 weeks we will be studying through the book of Colossians. As a church, God has been and is preparing us for a great move. We have a simple prayer that says, "God, we're ready!".

Guest speaker Daniel Quinby is the Chi Alpha Director at the University of Northern Iowa. He, and his wife Emily, serve as missionaries to UNI with a desire to reach every student for Jesus and see God's power in action on campus. Daniel shares with us this morning on kingdom power.

In the place of worship we do battle against the enemy. Our weapons are thanksgiving, praise, and worship! By running hard after Jesus, we will be activated to take back what the enemy has stolen. Join us as we discover the power of our worship.

God has given each of us the ability to individually and uniquely worship Him. No one can worship God the way you can. We know that God created no two human beings the same. That means we have a unique voice and life to offer as worship to Him who created us.

Worship is that which captures our attention. That which holds our heart. And, it's important to understand how we worship and why, otherwise we find ourselves just going through the motions. This morning, we explore corporate worship. Why do we lift our hands? Why do we sing? Why do we lift our voices. God gives a unique and beautiful sound when we gather together to worship.

Worship is so important to the life of a believer and to the church. It's important to take time to understand God's call to us to be worshipers. God has created us as worshiping beings. We worship naturally. We worship that which we give attention to. Everyone worships something. And the reality we cannot have divided worship. We cannot have split attention. Our prayer is that God would truly have all our attention.

1 John 3:16 says, "This is how we know what love is: That Jesus would lay down His life for us, so we ought to lay down our lives for our friends." This is a gospel of radical love, radical obedience, and complete surrender. As we conclude our series "Blindspots" we take a Sunday and respond to this call of complete surrender.

Our words carry the potential to bring life or to destroy. With our words we can speak hope to hopelessness, healing to brokenness, and strength to the weary. But, we can also tear down, complain and criticize, and destroy with our words. Holy Spirit help us to tame our tongue it can be used to bring life!

We were are all created to burn for something! The question is, however, are we burning for the right things? Are we burning for the things God desires us to have a passion for? The problem arises when things, that are less than God's best for our lives, capture our attention and focus. Our prayer must be, "God cause us to burn for You!"

Religion is deceptive in that it can fool us into cleaning up the exterior but never allowing any greater change to happen inside. The good news that Jesus came to bring and declare is good news for our heart, and our heart is the source of all issues of brokenness in our life. Join us as we unpack Matthew 15:10-20 and submit the matters of the heart to our Redeemer, Jesus.
