Pretty Girls (People) Are Lonely

In an effort to normalize spending time alone/loneliness, I share my experiences with spending most of my time alone and feeling lonely while also sharing how I’ve changed the narrative on “loneliness” for myself. Truly, I love spending time alone and the lessons I’ve learned from the experience, but I know that I’m not alone in how I’ve felt about spending time alone and want to help others find the good in spending time alone. Working on this episode has allowed me to open up conversations on loneliness with others and really realize how widespread it is. You are never actually alone!
