At the top of the show, Jim thanks everyone for submitting their Twitter questions. He talks about the photos used in the podcast logo, and also talks about a fun video shoot he and Ray participated in. Jim also goes back into describing the ideas of sub-personalities and fragmented identities, and talks with Ray about his meditation practices. Ray says it’s easier for him to meditate when he thinks it’s a competition, but Jim stresses the importance of it helping to unite our conscious mind.
