There have been some coaching movements in the NBA that may or may not affect the Philadelphia 76ers. Utah Jazz head coach Quin Snyder stepped down from his position (maybe somewhat surprisingly). Would President Daryl Morey think about moving on from Doc Rivers to Snyder? There are good and bad reasons for it, but there are other movements to consider. Mike D'Antoni is still out there -- although he's meeting with the Charlotte Hornets. Plenty of apples to shake from these coaching trees if the Sixers want to move on.
