“you may think you have a healthy relationship with food, until you realize that most of the beliefs and rules you have around food are undermining your body’s signs.” today, let’s dive into the topic of your relationship with food.  now, I know this is a loaded topic for many women, whether or not you had an ED (eating disorder) in the past. diet culture, social media, magazines, and even our own family impact our relationship with food and instill beliefs about food that are actually undermining what your body needs. spoiler alert: diets do not work, eating after 8 PM will not magically make you gain weight, and cutting out your favorite foods sets you up for a binge.
