Meet my next guest, Shane Thrapp. In this episode we talked about how his journey from a Program Manager to becoming an adult ADHD Life and Career coach happened. First we went through his journey of being homeless, then he got addicted to drugs, then he found out that he has ADHD as an adult but not before going through an abusive marriage. The life choices he made got him to where he is today. He wants to help his fellow human beings cope with ADHD to be able to function and embrace their neurodivergent unique abilities.
