We had the chance to sit down and talk to Andrea Stroud, the Research Program Manager, at APQC about Millennials and their place in supply chain. In Andrea's role she focuses on uncovering and sharing supply chain management and product development benchmarks and best practices. Since joining APQC in 2013, Andrea has conducted research projects in some of the following topic areas: talent management in the supply chain, supplier collaboration, top performers in procurement, improving procure-to-pay processes, as well as managing IT risk in the supply chain. She has served as a media source for Supply and Demand Chain Executive, Supply Chain Brain, Kinaxis Supply Chain Expert Community, MyPurchasingCenter, and SupplyChainOpz.
