Don Hoes has had multiple Near Death Experiences, as well as not one; not two; not even ten- but hundreds of Out of Body Experiences (OBE's) in his lifetime. Through the power of meditation. Don believes that there are two ways to access the other realm(s) that we typically associate with Out of Body Experiences. Either through a Near Death Experience, or through mindful practices such as meditation that elevate our state of consciousness and connection.
