Edgar Cayce had a likely Near-Death Experience sometime around 1883/1885 after drowning in a pond whilst fishing. David Bennett had a profound near death experience when he drowned after being flung off a vessel at sea during a storm. He was missing for quite some time, before being swept back up onto the vessel, a changed man. After experiencing a detailed life review, he now knew things about his future, and that things would not always be straight forward in the years to come. David Ditchfield is a near-death experience (NDE)-inspired artist, composer, and author. In 2006, he was dragged under a speeding train in a freak accident. As the surgeons fought to save him, he had a profound NDE. When he woke up in hospital, he had acquired astonishing new abilities. Jim Bruton had a Near Death Experience when a historical plane he was flying crashed in Oct of 2016. His plane lost power and he crashed down into the forest sustaining multiple injuries.
