Jonathan Gawn is a former HSE Principal Specialist Inspector for Biological Agents, University Biological Safety Officer and Research Scientist in UK government, academic, healthcare and industrial containment laboratories. He is currently the Chair of the Biosafety Steering Group for ISTR and represents the ISTR membership on the Biological Safety Leadership Group.
