Jennifer emphasizes the importance of putting the team first and gaining perspective on the significance of cheerleading in the grand scheme of life. She also talks about the growth of the San Diego State program and the decision to compete at UCA Nationals instead of NCA. Cheerforce has faced challenges, but they continue to reflect, evolve, and take risks to stay at the top of their game. Jennifer also addresses the need to shift the focus from winning to personal growth and success in the industry.
