So many of you–men and women–know EXACTLY what it is like to hate your body

 

We are taught impossible standards from a young age 

 

It doesn’t help that the people in our lives often associate physical appearance with someone’s value 

 

“Good looking people” are supposed to be the happiest, most successful, people 

 

We’re taught to strive for good looks over good hearts 

 

WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOURSELF: your real beauty shines 

 

Even the prettiest person can still hate their body... 

 

You know what’s really hot?! 

 

Self Acceptance and LOVE for your body 

 

We can all FEEL energy and you can definitely feel when someone is confident in their own skin!
