WHY is brushing your teeth seen as a non-negotiable but doing something for your emotional/mental needs isn’t prioritized

 

WHY are so many people running on empty trying to show up for everything and everyone without showing up for themselves first

All I know is: not taking care of you is a recipe for a mediocre-painful -hamster wheel kind of existence.
