Greg Elfrink, head of marketing at Empire Flippers, dives into EmpireFlippers.com and EF Capital. EF Capital is a way for investors to invest money but not time into digital assets. Think about all investing as a way to spread your risk and upside across different asset classes.
Greg estimates that 20% of deals will go to zero, hence it's important to invest in a lot of deals to diversify.
Operators have been vetted through the businesses they have built or bought through EF. In addition, operators put in approximately 7% of the purchase price but receive 30% of the monthly net profit and of the increase in sales value.
