Lauren is an entrepreneur and teaches nutrition and health and wellness is her world. She loves helping people. She is a bonus mom of two older kiddos but always wanted to be a mama on her own. After IVF with Conceptions, she succeeded in her goal to be a mama and had her baby right after she turned 40. She is an older mom and had it "all together." But boy did having a mama change everything. She really struggled with how to manage all the feelings she was having. How do you go from being a boss mama to covered in spit up? She experienced some jealousy with her husband who got a promotion and was doing things in his career that she wished she was doing, even though she always wanted to be a mom, this was more than she bargained for. Her biggest support came from her spouse, all the grandmas in her life and even the Facebook groups she joined. Her stories of her best and worst mama moments will blow you away and explain why I think she is such an amazing badass! Her experience has been beautiful, ugly, hard, amazing, unbelievable and down right way more than she anticipated.
