Coaches often come across athletes who are extremely gifted, seemingly the best qualified, only to be left disappointed by their lack of discipline and follow-through. In 1 Samuel 13:9-23, Saul’s sin and disobedience will have consequences for him and the nation of Israel. Pastor Chad will remind us that no matter how things appear from the outside, no one is too big to fail and sin always has consequences.
