Der Kometen-Katastrophenfilm "Greenland" entwickelte sich 2020 trotz Corona-Einschränkungen spätestens im Streaming zum globalen Megahit! Deshalb hatten Regisseur Ric Roman Waugh und sein Star Gerard Butler für die Fortsetzung ein fast dreimal so großes Budget zur Verfügung.
