New research reveals ethnic minority women in the UK face the most severe workplace barriers, with higher rates of exclusion, discrimination, stalled careers, and mental stress. The study, conducted by People Like Us and Women in PR, found that nearly a third of these women have had their ideas dismissed until repeated by others.
