Two Leicestershire residents, Rhys Keightley and Kiah Dixon, are combating the school wars trend by offering free boxing and fitness classes at FitTogether Gym in Wigston. Their mission is to redirect young peoples energy away from violence and gang involvement. With Kiahs personal experience of gang violence, they aim to guide youth towards safer paths. Their initiative, Gorilla Force, includes a phone-free hike up Snowdon and a GoFundMe campaign to support workshops and mentoring. Their efforts are supported by Neetu Squire, the deputy police and crime commissioner for Leicester.
