Ses parents ont été opposants politiques ce qui a amené Grace à être enfermé dans un cachot au Congo, puis traqué jusqu'en Angola par le régime Congolais.
Aujourd'hui il ouvre son restaurant gastronomique à Marseille et vient nous raconter ce parcours extraordinaire.
