A Trump appointed Judge in Minneapolis just concluded that the Federal Government “failed to safeguard” Alex Pretti’s firearm according to “normal law enforcement proceedings” and also observed that it “appears likely” that other key evidence was “lost”, inviting future lawyers for Pretti to file motions about the destroyed evidence.
