In today’s episode of La Pause Café Croissant, I share something very personal: I’m just 10 days away from my very first arm wrestling competition! 💥
I’ve officially been training in a club for two months, but I started working out at home back in November. Even though I’m a beginner, I’m totally hooked on this unique and exciting sport.
This competition will be a vendetta: a one-on-one match, best of five rounds. My opponent will likely be lighter than me (around 65–70kg), while I’m at 75kg. Normally there are weight categories, but this time it’s just a direct face-off!
