Sometimes when you are learning English you feel like you aren't making progress. You have hit a plateau. A plateau in learning occurs when you keep working at learning, but you can't seem to get better at the language.
This occurs because your mind adapts to the things you are doing. The routines you have developed to learn English have become routine and you are used to them. You need to change things up a bit.
