Welcome to this English lesson where you will learn some English phrases to talk about stress. Sometimes life causes stress. There are things you do yourself, or things that can happen outside of your control that can cause stress. In this English lesson I'll talk about a few English phrases about stress that I thought about as the school year was starting last week - certainly a stressful time! I'll teach you the phrases that I used as a native speaker during my time of stress.
You'll learn English phrases like, "to leave things to the last minute", "to have a lot on your mind", "to have a lot on your plate" and more!
I hope you enjoy this English class about stress, and I hope it doesn't cause you any stress as an English learner!
Have a great day!
