- Be mindful of communication and having too many, too loud, or competing messages.
- Life is not about what happens to you but rather about how you respond. Keep your head.
This week's #PepTalk reminds leaders that they don't have to be the one doing all the work in change efforts. Rather, leaders need to create the conditions in which people want and feel the need to change.
