In Romans 6, Dr. Michael Youssef calls believers to live like the royal sons and daughters Christ has redeemed. Salvation is a free gift, but it is not a license to sin. We have been transferred out of Satan’s field and into the field of Christ—freed from sin’s tyranny and sealed by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we cannot straddle the fence between two masters. We must resist the enemy, repent quickly when we stumble, and joyfully surrender to our righteous Lord. Through bold preaching rooted in the inerrant Word of God, Dr. Youssef reminds us that our lives must honor the King who purchased us with His blood. Let us remember who we are—and live in holiness for His glory.
