In today's episode, I am joined by Leading Lady Ambassador, Roxana Rodriguez, and she is all that and more!
Roxana Rodriguez is the owner of Caliente Grill in Annapolis, one of our family's favorite restaurants. She is also the owner of American Postal, so she is a serial entrepreneur. Roxana is constantly getting out there, starting businesses, helping others start businesses, and is extremely involved in the community.
She believes that building a strong relationship with her community by supporting school fundraising, class presentations, special events, local organizations, sports clubs, and partnerships with other local small businesses is a commitment and a great way for her to contribute back to the success of the community.
We are talking all about celebrating and sharing our cultures, giving back, how to stay connected to our community, and more.
I feel so blessed to be in the same community as Roxana because I get to experience her selflessness and passion for supporting others. Even during the pandemic, Roxana stepped up even when she was having a hard time with her own business.
