Launching a podcast has been one of the most special ways to connect with all of you.
In this episode, I recap how I launched, how I have chosen guests so far, how I listen to the needs of the audience and much more.
I think it's so amazing that this podcast has had the ability to bring this community together. Our community of women in leadership can often feel so isolated, and this show has become a place where you feel heard and connected.
