We've all been affected by COVID in different ways. Recently, I found myself feeling exhausted and burnt out because of the emotions and stress of leading a business during this time of uncertainty.
My feelings led me to seek out some coaching for my own mindset. Listen in for a raw and vulnerable conversation about how COVID has impacted my mindset - and how coaching led me to new ways of regaining hope.
