The last thing any business owner wants is a bad review. Sometimes they help us to grow and improve our client experience. But what if someone is just being mean?

As business owners, we can't always share our side of the story. So when we come across a negative review that isn't exactly deserved, it can leave us feeling emotional and hurt.
