But do you know what's more painful than that? It is deceiving ourselves, deceiving ourselves because of our inability to deal with reality and that's what we're here to talk about in this episode.So how do we stop self-sabotage, honor the truth and face reality as it is? Let's find out!

  • No matter what you tell yourself, at the end of the day, what you're left with is REALITY.

  • What will be the cost emotionally, financially, physically, and perhaps relationally if I don't honor the TRUTH with it?

  • Make sure you are telling yourself the truth. Live there, honor it, don't deceive yourself, don't get into this deception role, it is not worth it! And eventually, the truth is gonna come out anyway, it might as well be today.
