We are all architects in our business, and in our businesses.
When you think about growth, does it represent excitement or does it represent pain?
You say that you want growth, but your actions show something different.
The way that we do business is our creative outlet and I dive more into this in next episode (episode 33).
But don't focus on creating it right away - focus on designing it!
