We're constantly evolving as leaders and teams. You're always running your current business AND your future business, and you probably don't even realize it.
I'm diving into the 4 stages of Team Formation:
Forming
Storming
Norming
Performing
At the end of the day, you will always be at one of these stages of team formation within your business.
And having clarity, staying positivity, and being support is critical during each of them.
Keep your team focused on what their purpose is - make sure they are in alignment with what they feel called to do.
