AMSC's Mr. David Howey meets with Dr. David Culkin, AMSC Director of Innovation and Strategy, to discuss the importance of Army Civilians in overall Army readiness, efforts in place to address a shortfall of supervisors attending their grade-specific Civilian Education System courses, and ways in which senior leaders and other stakeholders can prioritize civilian leadership development.
