Lt. Governor Randy McNally was first elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 1978, serving four terms before being elected to the Senate. He represents Anderson, Loudon and parts of Knox County. McNally has spent 26 years on the Senate Finance Ways and Means Committee and has also served as chairman of the Senate Education Committee.
