Brad sits down with sommelier André Hueston Mack to journey through his rise from humble fast food beginnings to becoming a renowned expert in the world of wine, working at the most acclaimed restaurants in the world Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry and Per Se. Through twists and turns as a waiter, working in finance, and picking up other odd jobs along the way, André has transformed into a recipient of 2003’s Best Young Sommelier award as well as the founder of a successful wine label, Maison Noir Wines. André and Brad bond over their collective love of the New Jersey pork roll.
