I'm working on lots of appellate work these days. This is where people have been convicted by trial by jury, otherwise, sometimes just a judge, and now they want to appeal their conviction and try to get it reversed.

The question - will the court of appeals get the entire trial court record on appeal, leading to general discussion about direct appeals.?
