Last week, the FIA approved relaxing rules regarding driver numbers; something which has been permanent since 2014. How? We do not know...but what we DO know is that Max Verstappen wants to get in on it and replace his number 33 with number three...which belonged to a certain proper Australian happy-man. That has now thrown the world into a tailspin and questions the value of personal numbers if they can be changed mid-career. The final set of conditions had better be clearer than this single sentence.
