Suspended MLB pitcher Trevor Bauer’s legal team released a video showing his accuser Lindsey Hill smiling hours after the alleged sex assault. Bauer’s lawyers asked a judge to dismiss Hill’s countersuit against Bauer, as he sues her for defamation saying her claims have already been found to be false. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber is joined by Law&Crime’s senior reporter Meghann Cuniff to discuss the case.
