150,000 residents are without clean drinking water in Jackson, Mississippi, after its main water treatment plant failed. Jackson City Council member Aaron Banks and Jackson social worker Cassandra Welchlin join to discuss the culmination of decades of government failure to fix a system that dates back to the 1950s, and the daily struggle of the water crisis they are helping their community face.
