Okay, so Nigel has taken over the program and brought one of his "mates" on to tell a story that quite frankly has not sat well with me. I'm a bit creeped out by the thing and don't like that this may or may not be a true story. If it is true, we need more answers. Are we able to control how we experience paranormal phenomena? Welp, that's a good question that we just think of as we are talking on today's episode. Sometimes it can become a paranormal inferno, all started from a spark from somewhere that begins all of our journeys into the unknown. We have to be careful to not get burned too often. www.ryansingercomedy.comwww.patreon.com/ryansingerBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/me-paranormal-you--5471727/support. We get into some ITC review, you come along with me as I listen to this audio for the first time and we learn why I was so obsessed and still am with getting any information I can on "The Seven." I hope you enjoy follow-along review we do and hopefully you also hear how bonkers it is. Then we go down further into one of the many "rabbit-holes for life" and get into some history of ITC regarding Mark Macy, a pioneer in the field. We go over some audio from the 2019 Florida trip so you can hear something new I had not heard and we get into the 2nd book by the AAWSAP trio I'll just call Initial Revealations for short. We get into some updates on FITS and we read a little about marginality and anti-structure from The Trickster and the Paranormal by George P. Hansen. An incredible conversation with Jeffrey Wilson, who takes me on his journey and educates me on the phenomena of Crop Circles. He does an incredible job of somehow demystifying and a still somewhat unknowable phenomena as he describes the ways in which he and other researches go about investigating and documenting occurences of crop circles. He's a treasure trove of information that will surely blow your mind as well. Find more on ICCRA hereFind his books hereFriends of Serpent MoundJeffrey Wilson, M.Sc., Director and co-founder of the Independent Crop Circle Researchers' Association (ICCRA) has been investigating crop circles that have been reported in the United States since 1996, and has visited well over 100 during the last twelve years. He was an early member of the Center for Crop Circle Studies (CCCS), in both the UK and USA branches before both organizations went defunct. He has been a contributor of USA crop circle reports to the Crop Circle Connector website since 1996. He was a frequent contributor to Crop Circle News until that website closed. Professor of Philosophy Jim Vernon joins me for an amazing conversation where we dive deep into the mystical waters of consciousness, the reality of the world around us and how do we even know what we think is real or what we think we see is what we think we see? Is there a place for the paranormal in the world of historical thinkers and what in fact would be some of their positions on the existence of the unexplainable? So fun and inspiring to discuss these things with someone like Jim and I know you'll enjoy his incredible perspectives. Jim works broadly in Continental philosophy, with a focus on German Idealism (esp. Hegel) and recent French Philosophy (esp. Derrida, Badiou, and Deleuze), as well as in political theory, with an emphasis on the organic intellectuals of post-war Black Liberation movements in America (esp. Martin Luther King, The Black Panthers, Malcolm X, and Hip Hop culture). Current projects include a Hegelian explication and defence of the aesthetic and cultural practices surrounding the band Phish, and a monograph on the political theory and practice of Huey P. Newton and the Black Panther Party. No ads when you join the Patreon page! https://www.patreon.com/ryansingerI've got tshirts and posters! www.ryansingercomedy.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/me-paranormal-you--5471727/support. Let us spelunk into the depths of the caves of the mind and see what artwork our human ancestors have left painted on the walls of our consciousness. What symbology and meaning can we find through these visions in dreams, waking life meditations and psychedelic hallucinations? Trevor, who has worked for the US Government with a Top Secret security clearance joins me to discuss the things he has seen while working for the government. While we get into the details of the circumstances, objects and locations of certain UFO/UAP/Orb objects, I get into speculation about the reasons and intentions of these objects or who sent them. Any eye-opening discussion from someone who has decided to talk about the details he is not supposed to discuss. We appreciate the risk of professional and personal life that he took by chatting with us. www.patreon.com/ryansinger - no commercialswww.ryansingercomedy.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/me-paranormal-you-with-ryan-singer--5471727/support. Had some weird sequence of events unfold tonight and thought I'd document there here with you, so I can better remember them. It is interesting how some times we do not realize how strange something actually might be until we start discussing out loud. We do a quick intro to Robert Monroe or "Bob-Roe" as I call him for some ridiculous reason and we get into the perceived difference in interaction between paranormal research and investigation. www.ryansingercomedy.com@rysing - IG@ryansingercomedy - TikTokBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/me-paranormal-you-with-ryan-singer--5471727/support. I try to go through some of the highlights of the week-long investigation that I just returned from, but keep in mind the details and my memory on some things is a bit blurry as I got into Ohio at 3:15am today. Just know that this trip did not disappoint and many incredible things happened, many of which we captured and many which we did not. It had everything: ghosts, creatures, lights, and lots of cinnamon rolls. www.ryansingercomedy.comwww.patreon.com/ryansinger@rysing@ryansingecomedy - TikTokBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/me-paranormal-you--5471727/support.
