When will the next recession be?

The recent recession was horrible, and John has a regular conversation with the consumers right now that are receiving possible information about the recession that is might be coming. The circumstance that allowed for 2008 to happen and for the home values to drop as down as they did, and the devastation of the economy as a whole is not replicable today for that same reason. The financing is not available to have that many unstable borrowers. The market over the last 100 years been able to manage it. If you look at the downturn in the late 80’s or early 90’s where there was by “definition recession” the Las Vegas community didn’t even feel it hence maybe why we fooled our self’s and thinking well nothing will happen here we are “recession proof” but that is not the case in 2008.
