The credit score system counterintuitive and Johns recommendation is don’t do it until you consult with an expert. Getting that advise before the client starts messing with their credit is well worth the time. John sees people waste their money when they are trying to fix their credit, or instead they injure their credit further and making the credit score drop to a lower number. Next is not getting pre-approved before beginning the house shopping, getting pre-approval is valuable to the consumer because it will avoid potential pit falls that you didn’t know about and forget to tell your lender.
