Weekly updates on Southern Nevada Housing Market - 12/03/2020

Let's first take a look at the week of Thanksgiving, there were 4,362 single family homes available and 724 were in escrow, while 781 were sold. When it comes to this week, the number of houses have dropped to 4,128 with 615 in escrow and just 496 sold. The median sales price for this week was $339,950 with $182.67 per square footage.
